HAPPY NEW YEAR, INTERNET!!! I know, I know. It's been 18 days since the start of "two thousand sixteen" or "twenny sixteen" or "two kay sixteen" or "too thousand sixteen", but it's still January. So technically, it's still the start of the year *awkward laugh* well, you all know I'm just making excuses to cover up my procrastination. I WILL BE A BETTER PERSON THIS YEAR. YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CONTROL MY THOUGHTS ANY LONGER, PROCRASTINATION. Actually, I've already procrastinated for 18 days to write this blog post. Shhhhhh don't tell anyone it's a secret

I did take some steps to banish that pesky world of procrastination. You may have noticed that the title includes three nouns, two commas, and an "and". The nouns allude to my new years resolutions (which I have not ditched yet, even though Sunday was National Ditch New Year's Resolutions Day. I feel proud) which I will write in different colors (I discovered that Wix provided different colors for text like five minutes ago and IT'S AMAZING. MY LIFE IS NOW COMPLETE) It's so pretty. I could stare at that until my eyes fall out with a small pop! And here we have the "bulls" part of this entry.

I was on Buzzfeed recently, and stumbled across a post about new apps to try in 2016 or something like that, and the description for the first app was very engaging, and advertised very well. But I still went through the whole post, just look at all the other apps and their pretty logos. Towards the middle, I started to lose interest because they were listing apps that cost money (only like 99¢ but still, I have no money to spend) so I scrolled up and downloaded that first app. It was called... wait for it... Habitbull

- sorry, it's 2:45 now and I have to do something. I'll be back in like 10 minutes -

Why did I write that it's not like you're watching me write (oh that's creepy). I feel like I've had this thought before. Deja vu? Deja vuuu. Anyway, back to Habitbull. I want to put some screenshots here so you people can pry into my private life and feel satisfied for learning something new about a stranger, but I have no idea where the connecting thingy is. I FOUND IT. Okay, here you go.

Woah that came out pretty big. I only have two habits right now, because more than that would overload my brain, and I would refuse to use this app any more. There are three more views you can go into - Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. Weekly includes a motivational quote and discussion forums, which is nice.

And here we have the "plants" in its natural habitat, stalking tiny pixelized molecules of water, or as my chemistry teacher likes to call it, "eyyytch too ohh". It's another app. Called Plant Nanny. WOW ANOTHER APP?! you're probably not wondering right now, THAT'S SO AMAZING. I GOTTA TRY THIS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS oh ho ho ho. Okay, brain. Calm yourself

I installed this app in the summer of 2015 because I was getting too dehydrated all the time, and - oh wait, I haven't explained what this app does. It keeps track of your water intake every day, and based on your weight / level of exercise, it gives you an amount to drink every day. You feed a plant water (you can have different cups that hold a specific amount of water) every time you drink water, and it will count how much water you drink in a day. Last year, I felt it was too much work to use it (which I now regret), so yesterday, I downloaded it again. THE PLANTS ARE STILL SO CUTE

HAHAHAHAHAHAH THE PLANT WAS HALFWAY THROUGH A BLINK WHEN I TOOK A SCREENSHOT

I named it Laurie Halse Anderson, author of Fever 1973, a book that Jyaleen has in her bathroom. I've never read it before but the girl's eyes on the front cover reminded me of this plant.

Also, a lot of users have been complaining (on reviews in the App Store) that they can't create new cups. You can. Just press there:

And you will be able to add a new cup. ALSO, WHEN CREATING A NEW CUP, you can change the size of the cup (like how much it holds and stuff). Just swipe left or right on the numbers, and there ya go. I'll take a screen shot for clarity.

I feel satisfied now.
