Jajangmyeon

I've recently tried jajangmyeon, and I have no idea what's in that brown sauce, but it tastes wonderful. Spectacular. Like jajangmyeon.
I don't know what hot dogs are made of, either, but that doesn't stop me from eating them (although I try not to eat them because the taste is too mysterious)
Jajangmyeon isn't too mysterious, although the soupy kind is kind of slimy. I prefer the drier kind (drier, not dryer. Dryer jajangmyeon would probably have dust balls and hair all over it >.<) and so for lunch, I cooked some for myself (and possibly Mei Mei too. I don't remember). Thankfully, the house didn't burn down.
